A Heartfelt San Francisco Wedding: Lynn and Luis at Webster Hall

As a wedding planner, every couple I meet holds a special place in my heart. But Lynn and Luis were different from the beginning. They exuded warmth and kindness, and I knew their wedding would be different.

Their vision was clear - a romantic and elegant celebration that would be loads of fun for their guests. When I stumbled upon Webster Hall in San Francisco, I knew immediately it was the perfect venue. Planning had its challenges, as the venue's multiple levels made it tricky to decide how to use the space, and there weren't many photos of past weddings to draw inspiration from. But together as a team, we embraced these challenges and turned them into opportunities to create something truly one-of-a-kind. We decided to do cocktail hour on the ground level, and then invite guests upstairs for the reception and festivities.

We always tell our couples it makes a big difference that Raymundo and I are in this together because you get two professionals for the price of one, and it really showed here! I arrived extra early with staff to receive the rentals

and start set-up, while Raymundo was able to direct other vendors and run the day-of timeline. It always ensures that everything runs smoothly when the load is not all on one person!

I am so incredibly proud of how everything turned out for Lynn and Luis’s wedding. It was truly perfect. Everything from the florals to the music were exactly what they needed to be. We are grateful to be able to work with such wonderful vendors to make magical days like this happen! This wedding definitely wasn’t an easy one (it’s hard to run up and down 3 flights of stairs for 12 hours at a time!) but to this day, it definitely is still one of the most rewarding!

Not even to mention that working with Lynn and Luis was an absolute delight. Their trust in us to bring their vision to life made the entire process extra enjoyable. It's couples like them who remind me why I fell in love with wedding planning in the first place.
